Halfway!

Happy Anniversary to us! We have survived our first 6 months of travel and amazingly, are still on talking terms... just. Hip Hip Hooray! We celebrated this momentous occasion with a fantastic meal at a restaurant overlooking the medina. It was nice to eat really good food, a bit of a rarity in Morocco!

PS We would love to hear about the success of Tim and Treen's wedding. Can someone update us?

Hello gorgeous bloggers...
congrats on the 6 month anniversary. I am very selfish, so all i can think is "well, that means they will be back here for kisses and cuddles in 6 more months". Sorry, selfish me misses you. Your card arrived this week and i was reading it aloud to Alice, but had to stop a few times because i was crying too hard. I guess it finally hit me that you weren't around the corner (yes, Broken Hill counts as around the corner in Adelaide).
Missing you heaps and living vicariously through your posts.
Sending love and baby kisses.

The wedding was beautiful- treen looked lovely and they were both quite emotional the whole day. There were some really personal touches- beautiful songs throughout the ceremony, rose petals, a strong tribute to the japanese culture- all really classy. Quality 90's music to dance to throughout the night (can't touch this- mc hammer was a classic). There was a dance off and a big dance circle. Rabs was in fine form as usual and kel had a bit of a fall off her chair!!

Tim and Treens wedding was a Blast!
it was like a world tour in a night. Tim and Treen scrubbed up well! The formal part of the night was very heart felt and warm the meal was bountiful roasts and choc cake……..The rest of the night was filled with Margarita’s by the bucket, warm red wine (very European) and exotic dancers… they were Kelly and Gav. I had a blast!

It was great to catch up with Tim and Treen (although they were very busy), Kel/Gav and Rach/Rowdy. We had our own world cup soccer game of which the winner was the ball and it was the one who had the S@#! kicked out of it.

Love hearing of your travels, Take Care…. Rabbs and Karli
